See the agenda below. They estimate getting to Roads at 4 PM. In this meeting, the Board discusses the budget proposed by Township Manager, Adam Kline (hired, not elected) and while not usually recdeiving Board formal motions, Manager Kline may revise his proposals based on comments made by the Board. Then there is a formal public hearing, usually in the last meeting in March to get public comment and formally adopt the budget
The 2022 proposed preliminary budget can be seen at this link to the 12-14-21 meeting packet starting on page 100. Roads are on page 108. (or see eye chart below)

The proposed Toads budget (Dept. 449) is $381,000 with the bulk, $307,000 going for gravel and dust control on our dirt roads. All the Road Commission for Oakland County will do without extra funds from the township is periodically grade the dirt. No paving or pavement repair projects are budgeted by our Township as far as I can see. So this represents what our hired Township Manager is recommending to our Board.
Here is some detail from Manager Kline on gravel and limestone projections
