  1. The Paint Creek Trail is in very poor condition. It contains ruts, deep grooves, and hoof/boot depressions. I have biked the trail for over 20 years, and the trail is now not rideable. The last resurfacing of the trail several years ago was defective. Every spring the trail surface is mushy and is easily destroyed.

The trail should be resurfaced correctly or leveled each year if funds for resurfacing are not available. The trail is used extensively by walkers and bikers and should be maintained properly.
