Silver Shamrock has withdrawn their proposal, leaving only Cannelle’s. Oakland Township Board formed a three-person subcommittee of Supervisor Robin Buxar, Treasurer John Giannangeli and Trustee Jack Elder to assist Manager Joe Merucci in negotiating the details of the contract. This item addresses at the 1-14-25 Board meeting.

I am concerned about the subcommittee members might not be in favor of Cannelle and make unreasonable demands on the owner causing him to back out. There are some relationships that could be conflicting.
